During my stay at Hotel Estancia De La Era B&B, I had a mishap with my card payment. The reader didn't accept my chip card, and despite the efforts of my bank and a translator, we couldn't process the payment. However, the staff was understanding and allowed me to walk into town to retrieve cash for the payment. They handled the situation with grace and made sure I didn't feel inconvenienced. I had a positive experience at this B&B and would recommend it to others.

We had a decent Xmas at this hotel. The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff was accommodating. They even made sure that we had a fruit we liked the next day. The shower was impressive and far better than others in the area, as the water pressure was excellent, and hot water supply was good enough. The location was very convenient, providing easy access to the town center. the beds were comfortable enough for us to have a good night's rest.
Sadly, the rooms did not live up to our expectations. The property was old and needed some maintenance, especially the bathtub, which didn't even work.

the hotel was surprisingly beautiful and peaceful, located on a semi-busy alleyway a quick walk from the historical center of town. the rooms were clean, zen-like, and peaceful. We enjoyed a delicious and generous breakfast, coupled with friendly and helpful staff. the view of the surrounding cityscape was spectacular, with a convenient location to boot.
The bathtub didn't work, which is quite common in Mexico.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving getaway with my loved ones! the complementary breakfast was delicious and the view from the breakfast room just breathtaking. the bed was really comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location was great, as it was located near all the main attractions and super easy to find. One more plus point was the availability of in-room fireplace, added so much cosiness to the space!
Although the open fireplace was really nice, the chimney did not work properly, and we had to stay up late in the night to make sure we didn't suffocate. We also faced difficulties with the drain in the bathroom, which caused water to flood and forced us to reduce our shower time.
